The Field interview process is lengthy and will include multiple rounds of interviews. We want applicants to get a great feel for what we’re all about, and we also want to make sure applicants interact with those they would interact with the most.
Human Resources completes the initial review of applications that are submitted via our online Careers site. The timing of a response or initial contact will vary based on the position and number of applications received. Candidates who meet the general requirements of the position will generally have an initial conversation with Human Resources. This conversation will focus on the Field culture and allow the candidate to expand on their skillset and desired goals. Future interviews will be scheduled as needed. It’s important to us to contact all candidates regardless of whether they are offered employment or not. Once the position has been filled, an email communication is sent out to all applicants with the updates.
