The first 90 days at Field is focused on getting immersed in our culture and getting to know the team.
Of course, there will be job training as well, but we want all our new hires to quickly feel as comfortable as possible. The best way to do that is to focus on getting to know Field and fellow Team Members. . We accomplish this by setting up rotations in various functional areas, hosting welcome lunches, and even spending time with the President during the first week.
